About
Motorola Canada understands the importance of reaching out to bloggers. Their recommendations and raw feedback have impact, particularly with those who share similar passions, who may be considering a purchase decision, and with whom they've developed a personal relationship. The power of word of mouth is undeniable, which is why we've invited select individuals to test drive the MOTOKRZR K1 and K1m, and tell people what they think.
The goal of the MOTOKRZR blog programme is to:
- Connect with interesting and influential bloggers that we feel reflect the attributes of the KRZR
- Provide them with a device to use on their network carrier of choice, and support their use of the many features. The K1 works on Rogers Wireless and the K1m works on both Bell Mobility and Telus.
- Obtain their feedback, answer questions and learn from their experiences.
None of the bloggers approached are obliged to write about the phone, and are given the option of keeping or returning the handset after participating in the programme. All bloggers who choose to write about their KRZR experiences are asked to be transparent in their posts and to disclose where the phone came from.
Hill & Knowlton Canada is conducting this programme on Motorola Canada's behalf. You can read our Social Media Principles here. You can read our bloggers here.
We'll be using this blog to:
- Explain what we're doing and provide information about the campaign
- Link to reviews and mentions, both good and bad
- Make announcements
- Comment and respond on thoughts and questions
With respect to comments, it's pretty simple. Offensive language, spam and personal attacks will not make the cut. Otherwise, we welcome considered commentary, humour, and all variations of compliments.
